I've been trying to link my new Discover Debit card with PayPal, but it keeps getting declined and I'm told to contact my card issuer. However, I did just that and Discover claims they're unable to help me because they're not associated with PayPal and that I should contact them. Any thoughts here? I keep going back and forth with these companies and no one seems to know what the issue is.
Oddly enough, I was able to link my bank account from Discover, but not my debit card.
