Can't transfer to debit card

I linked a debit card. I never got anything about confirming it. I can't instant transfer to debit card. My card is not an option. What am I missing?

Today on Feb. 1, I'm having the same problem. I also tried last week and had the same problem? Have there  been any updates on this issue?
