Can't link account

Trying to link account gives this error "

Sorry, but we need more information from you. Please try to <a href="/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-ach">link your bank</a> again." tried on multiple browsers, won't accept my routing/account #.

I tried this and I still get this error message: "An unknown service error occurred."

So frustrating!
