Can't link account

Trying to link account gives this error "

Sorry, but we need more information from you. Please try to <a href="/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-ach">link your bank</a> again." tried on multiple browsers, won't accept my routing/account #.

I'm having the same issue in texas with frost bank

talked with paypal , tried everything with paypal and the bank, same error message,

Are you the only one on that account? I'm wondering if it's seeing my it's seeing my wife's name as primary on the bank account and not seeing mine as a match to my PayPal account.

what is the routing number?

I had this exact problem. It has something to do with the new layout of Paypal and some of the coding. The error it's giving you actually give you the URL of the page it's trying to load. Once you are logged in, go to: www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_profile-ach and it will bring you to the 'classic' version which has all the same features but works correctly :).
