I'm unable to transfer funds from my verified bank account to paypal to cover a negative balance. This is restricting my account.
Question- How long does it take these paypal people to enable transfers (this one to them!) after a bank account has been confirmed/
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
