I've been trying to link my bank account to my Paypal account. When I tried the first time it went directly to selecting the bank and then to verify the account. However, it couldn't verify because my phone number wasn't on file. So it couldn't be verified. I tried again and this time it came up with a captcha and went to the bank selection and then tried to verify again. After that it just started going to where you entered the routing number and the account number. And then when you do that it'll go to where it loads and then goes right back to the wallet. And it keeps repeating this over and over. I've logged out, restarted my internet, restarted my phone. I just don't know what else to do. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
