I resolved the questions that paypal needed - paypal said completed - account limitations still showing. I cannot move any of my funds in my account. I waited over 2 weeks for Paypal to review and resolve. I sent emails - no response. I've called and waited over an hour on 3 different occassions and a representative never answered - TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!
