Account Limitation

Therei is an account limitation on my Paypal. This limitation is something like a bug.

The account has been verified from the creation, and suddelnly I got this message to verify it again and again on each payment I am receiving.

I press resolve button but nothing happened. Today locked and I am not able to do any payment. Please see the attach file what Verifiacation asked me to do… There is nothing to do but just to press the resolve buton. But nothing happened after that. There are no information option need to be confirmed. Any help?

Your best option is to phone c.s. and ask them................

Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Log in and get the code.

When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent OR just say the word 'Agent'".
