So, about three months ago, I got a random e-mail telling me my account was limited. So, I emailed paypal four times, called customer service, because the money that was being sent to me was family members helping fund me for school. And paypal told me that they couldn't do anything about it. I'm infruated because this has been three months now and they haven't done anything to help me. I don't even care if I can cash out the money and don't create an account. I'm going through such a financial hardship, and I'm just aggravated that their not helping me.
