Is Paypal under maintenance or some sort of DDoS cyber attack? My account was limited (still don't know why) and when I go to resolve my security info, the screen literally stops loading and hangs forever. I left it open for 2 HOURS with no avail. I've done every other step as far is ID and address proof, but because of this, I can't resolve the limitation.
I've emailed and called multiple times, all saying "Steps to resolve your account", or "Here's how to reset your password" like I'm an idiot and can't click a button. It's a literal error and it seems i'm not the only person dealing with this. Can any human customer server assist us?
