RE: PayPal debit card
Is it possible to completely remove the backup funding source, so that the PayPal debit card will function as a real debit card, which will be rejected on check-out if there isn't sufficient funds in my PayPal account?
My problem is that if my PayPal balance isn't sufficient to cover my debit card purchase amount, then it goes to my bank to collect the balance. If my bank balance isn't sufficient, they charge me a $20 fee. In a couple days (?) PayPal will attempt again to draw funds from my bank account, which will result in another $20 fee, etc.
Can I remove the backup funding source?
