I had the card linked to another account but due to a problem i got into i had to cancel the card from that account and link it to a new one. Paypal doesn't let me link it, I get that error: The card was denied by the bank issuer, please contact your bank...
The only thing that could be wrong is the card is empty, 0$. Could this be the problem because of the 1.5$ fee for checking out the card?
Sorry if i posted in the wrong are, I'm just in a big hurry to link the card.
