what is preapproved payments? I opened a saving account at a local bank just to see my Paypal verified, I filled a lot of paper at the bank and one of them was just for paypal and I went to their portal (bank) and linked my paypal and I have something new in my paypal which is preapproved payments but I am still not verified, what is the point of it then and I how to get verified? I already linked my bank account as far as I see it.... if this is not linking a bank, what is it then?
