This is quite annoying and it all began a few weeks ago now.
Whenever I type in paypal.com in my google chrome address bar on my android phone, it takes me to the Taiwan site automatically. I have to type in paypal.com/us to go to the US site.
This does not happen when I connect via my laptop using internet explorer.
FYI, I live in AZ, U.S.A. and my nationality is South Korea.
Also, I am using a LG G3 phone with Android 5.0.1.
