how long does it take for me to recieve the money on my card that is attatched to my pay pay account

hello i am having a issue with a refund a ebay seller has refunded me for an item and when you check order details in ebay it shows refunded via paypal it links me to paypal for refund transaction but when u check paypal there is no refunded amount anywhere and it has been well over two weeks since the seller refunded the amount can someone please help me figure out how to get this refund?

I bought something from walmart then i cancelled it. it say the there has been a refund  but its not in my checking
