help I've put the wrong tracking info in

I can't seem to edit the tracking info I've sent a parcel but  it's royal mail I've used Hermes messed me around the PayPal's held the payment till it's sent stressing out as I was really depending on the cash . I need the buyer and PayPal to see it's on route thou how can I change it
