Trouble with Search Results

Not sure where this should go, but this is regarding difficulty with search results.

 

I really love all of the reports available, and I am very happy with Paypal in general.  I just have one exception that I really can't figure out!  I can never seem to get the search to work.  I try basic, the advanced, I'm careful to watch the dates I selected, the category, etc. I don't know what I am doing wrong. It's not like I don't know how to search.  I find results just fine with other companies, software etc.  But I can never seem to get the search to bring results even when I know there is a result.  I will even copy the details of transaction so that I can be exact when I test out the search. It always comes up blank.   What am I missing?

I do have an account, merchant account since 2006.  I emailed about this problem but did not hear back. You said there is a place to check status?

You need to open a Support Account as previously suggested.
