Hi,
I sent you many email and i got same answer (as if it sends bot). I do all steps for removing limitation on my account
ID proof stil is in progress and i upload that a week ago, i changed sec. question and password a week ago and i connect my VISA card 5 days ago. Where is the problem?

I can't delete anything, sorry, but you can edit it by clicking on more options at the bottom of your post and selecting the edit option.
And i did not say phone them i gave you the option of contacting them via twitter or facebook as you are more likely to get a response that way. (That was the info in my last paragraph).

Contact customer services, only they can answer your query.
Click on the words "Contact" at the bottom of your paypal account summary page and use the phone option (if there is one in the country you are in) > click on the "call us" option on the left (fees "may" apply so check the cost with your phone tariff first, as you sometimes have to wait a while to connect).
When you get through don't select any options just hang on till you get transfered to an agent or say the word "agent".
OR have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

I contacted them via email few times, why they can't reply me? Can paypal call me because i can't call them?

Emailing is not a good way, why don't you use the option i gave you in my last paragraph??

Why? if i clear type something more than 5 times and i get same answer, no one checked my email, i get answer from computer.
Can some specialist give me answer here, please.
