Paypal not letting me adding US payment service details in it‏

HI,

i created my paypal account.

Now i want to add my US payment service details in it.

I have tried all possible solutions/ steps but i can't let me add that Details in it.

Even under the Profile, there is no option to add Us payment Service in it.

If i try to simply add a new bank then the asked things don't match any info that i have of my US payment service Profile.

Kindly help me plz.

yes i have send many mails to paypal but i always machine sent automatic reply ,

only steps mentioned that dont work.
