I revoked the permission of Adobe to charge me monthly since I didn't have the money at the time and figured I could just add them back later. But after spending an hour combing through Paypal and doing research I have yet to find a way to do this. The only thing Paypal seems to let you do is be aware of the status of which merchants are active. I just need to set up automatic payments with Adobe again. I sent Paypal an email but they never replied.
