Need help looking for advanced search??

I feel really stupid for asking this question, but I really don't know what else to do...

I've already sent a help email asking how to search past activity for transactions involving a specific merchant. I got a helpful email in return telling me these steps:

To search your History Log, follow these steps:

1.Log in to your account.
2.Click Activity near the top of the page.
3.Click Statements and select Activity export.
4.Click Advanced Search to use the advanced search feature.
5.Enter search information and select Date Range.
6.Click Submit to view.

my only problem is that when I go to activity export.... there is no advanced search option anywhere.  I all see is a box to the left that has History/Basic Search/ Download my History

I see no advanced search option anywhere were I can look up transactions using a merchant's transaction ID or email. What am I doing wrong?

Go to "activity" top of your paypal page > on the right of the page under "simple / detailed" click on statements > activity export > then on the left of that page under history click on advanced > then in the drop down box under "find a transaction" you can search by email / name / date etc etc etc

that's the problem, I don't have an advanced option!!!

Basic Search

Download My History

I have no "advanced" option ANYWHERE when I go to the page "activity export"

Paypal varies country to country and type of account to type of account.

Its just a matter of clicking a few options and having a search.

Click on basic search and 3 along on the right is "find a transaction" click on the drop down box and you will see several options to search for what you want.
