Paypal have sent me a 4 digit code to verify my account,for which I have been charged $2.Once I verify the code,the $2 will be credited back to my account.I have been told to do the verification by going to Account Overview & confirming my credit or debit card.Howevet,there is no such thing as "Account Overview",so what do I do to verify the pin code?I am highly dissatisfied with Paypal.

Your account view is your home page for your account then anything to do with your cards or bank accounts is in your wallet.

If you look around your account view page you would soon see it. 

Click on "wallet" top of your paypal summary page and select the card you want to confirm and then enter the code.

You should not put your email address on this public board and no one is going to use it anyway.
