How to accept AMEX payments

How do I allow customers to pay my Paypal invoices with American Express?  My customers can pay with Visa and Mastercard, but they have not been able to pay with American Express.

Is there something I need to set up to enable AMEX payments?

Which PayPal Product are you using?   (Standard, Advanced, Pro, etc.)

We email invoices from Paypal.com. The users are unable to pay with AMEX when they pay the Paypal invoice.

You may want to contact customer support direct if you're using Payments Standard and AMEX is not being accepted.
