How can I unblock my debbit card

Hello,

I am new here and I have some problems wih my debit card.Last week I get my new debbit card VISA ELECTRON.I tried to verify my card,but I didn't know which number I must wrote.So i wrote my 4digits PIN CODE 3 times,but after third time when i wrote Pin page expression that my card is blocked and to unblock it I need to send you some documents.I sent you photos of my Debit card and my ID card,but my card is still blocked.

Please help me!Without my card i can't use eBay.
