i have a problem. I got a error: Your account is limited. Please check your Account Overview page for messages about resolving this problem.
In Resolution Center i make all stuff what the want. But only one problem Confirm your credit card. How i can comfirm my credit card if i dont have it there. I try to add but :
What can't I do while my account is limited?
- send money
- withdraw money from your account
- close your account
- add money to your account
- add or remove a card
- add or remove a bank account
- send refunds
What to do?
I send maybe about 5 mail to the paypal servis and nothing. Only get email how to add the credit card.
