Adding Date of Birth to Profile

Hello,

I was told by PayPal Customer Service that I need to add my birthdate to my profile in order to link a new card to my PayPal account but I am unable to find the location that will allow me to add it.  Does anyone have any advice? I am trying to avoid another call to Customer Service so any help would be appreciated.  Thank you!

Try this:

Click on the 'Profile' option on your Account Overview page. From here, you can then click the 'Business Information' icon under the Account Information column. On the next page, click on the Edit option.
