Account Limited for over 45 days. Where/how do I attach a copy of my driving license to send paypal?

Welcome to the PayPal Community and I'm sorry to hear that you're having some problems with resolving the limitation. 😞

Usually when a limitation is placed, you can find options to try to resolve the limitation in your Resolution Center on the PayPal  account. Have you tried checking there to see if you have the option to upload your ID?
