First time selling using paypal through ebay. I have a few e tickets i would like to sell. given everything goes well, the buyer pays and i send the tickets, the buyer goes to the concert and three weeks after the concert files a chargeback through the credit card company. the buyer gets his money back and paypal takes my money, how do i dispute the chargeback?
