To test out the system, I have sent money orders of $1 to my mother. Having tried multiple times, she still recieves this alert:
"The card you entered cannot be used for this payment. Please enter a different credit or debit card number."
My PayPal account is only a few days old and is not yet confirmed to be linked to a bank account. Could this be a possible contributing reason why a credit card would be rejected from paying into my account? and i do realize that other factors could play a part preventing a credit card from working (i.e. address that isnt exactly typed as what appears on the bank statements, over protective security, etc etc)
