Not receiving email for low inventory alerts

Lately (last month) I am not receiving my low inventory or sold out alerts via email. It is entered correctly in my button set up, but no emails being sent. The inventory is reducing correctly, and does not accept if sold out, but still I count on receiving the alert emails. This occurred with my last 3 buttons. Any advice ?
