I have posted an ad on kijiji and we have a guy interested in buying the item and is willing to pay asking price but wants us to do payment through paypal. Should I create an invoice? Will it protect us in case it is a scam. I have done some reading were they show that they made a payment but then reported it as fraudulent and took the money back.
Please any info would be helpful and much appreiciated.
Its best to read up on sellers protection first before you sell anything to protect yourself as there is so many scammers around
Some tips though, if the item has to be collected DO NOT accept ppal cash on collection only, dont pay any money to western union and do not ship until you see cleared payment in your account
