it used to take just a few minutes for an egift card to arrive from walmart.com i have always used paypal credit as my funding source. these days my attempts to make the same transaction is either put on hold - "pending" for several hours and sometimes days or cancelled. any orders after the initial try are immediately cancelled. i tried lower denominations which worked for a short while but have ceased. i can make a purchase for any item on the website using paypalcredit as my funding source but if its an egiftcard then its delayed and or cancelled. thier customer service is a joke. they give me the same statement every time and promise they will fix it but never do. i order from same machine using same payment method every time. they say the reason is because they couldn't verify some or all of my contact information. none of that info has changed. they tell me its a security issue... that it's for my account/identity's safety. is there any way i can get some help from this side. i am absolutely fed up with being told they will fix the issue. they never do.
