paypal's sellers protection policy failed

I spoke with PP rep on September 10, 2017 and rep insured me that since I have tracking number for shipped item with signature confirmation ( that signed by Ebay buyer, address matched) that case will be solved in my favor since i have seller's protection.
My buyer cancel credit card due other activity on her card, but per buyer she was very happy with my item and left positive feedback for me, but credit card still wants money from PayPal , 4 month later In December after opening case PP took my money and closed the case not in my favor! , even I had all evidence that it was't fraudulent activity!!
What should I do?
