I’m trying to find out who runs a website from which I bought a product that was never delivered. Bank reports my payment to <removed> *jonathansco PayPal account. Saw an earlier thread about that same phone number but seems irrelevant. Any way to track this account down? The website contact info is all bogus. Thanks for any help.
