can not get warranty work done because no one will answer me

I bought a adult motorized electric mobility scooter on ebay in june 3 2017, add says 1 yr. warrant, I have contacted the seller, he gave me a email to contact, I have contacted 3 times by email. I have tried to call the seller 3 times and I get a recrding saying to leave message wich I did, no answer. I have tried to get ebay to help, with no results. all I want is a place that will fiz my scooter. paypal sends my payments to <removed>, THE SELLERS NAME ON EBAY IS <removed>. I hope someone can help me.        THANK YOU

not sure if Paypal offers buyer protection on scooters,go to EBAY FORUM /AUTOMOBILE and ask.

Mortorised vehicles are not covered by Paypal.

if all you seek is warranty,then it is not Paypal/Ebay problem,paypal covers the vehicle itself,not the warranty.
