I’m the seller. Buyer has been an eBay member since Dec 16, 2017 with 0 feedback. He bought an item and paid through Paypal. I have noticed buyer's PayPal shipping address is not confirmed. I only ship to a Confirmed Pay Pal shipping address, so I contacted buyer to confirm shipping address with Paypal but never got a response.
1-What were the risks for the seller, when item will be shipped to an unconfirmed shipping address?
2-Is the seller protected and will get the money?
I was about to cancel the transaction and refund the buyer.
What would you guys do in this situation?
