I sold a laptop on ebay and the lady who bought it told me she needed the tracking number. In order to get that I was told by the post office I had to ship it si stupid me did that, and NEVER got my pay. Now the lady who got it wont return my calls at att. What am I to do? I am ready to jump in my car and go o the address.

NEVER ship an item before you have funds in your paypal account balance.

Paypal NEVER tell you that you have to send an item trackable, they advise it for seller protection but you don't have to.

Nothing paypal can do for you really as they can't force a buyer to pay you.

Your best bet is private legal action.

Ya stupid me, this was the first and last time I USE EBAY. And for PAYPAL they were no help at ALL.
