Help I’m a victim of fraud, I’ve received an item from chno that weights 1.1 pound and the label ice received says 1.1 pounds and I have pictures I’ve send to seller then seller got very nasty and so I asked PayPal help, they said wait ten days and boom you will receive your money back, nothing is gapping and it’s geeb over 15 days and my $249 is a loss m, HELP
