So my question is basically this, I bought a league of legends account and I made transactions via paypal buying ingame currency, after 29 days the original owner filed for the account to be returned to him and it was given back to him, I filed to have the account returned to me but was denied due to not being the original owner. Can I file fraud/refund for the transaction made on the account?
