Sold a counterfeit Eotech sight.

I found a listing on Craigslist for a sight and paid through Paypal with my Paypal Visa. Turns out the item is a counterfeit. What are my options for getting my money back if the seller does not agree to refund my money?

find the payment and file item not as described,you will have to pay return shipping.

File a dispute on PayPal, selling counterfeit items are against PayPal Terms of services. You may need to attach a police report to give crediibility that the item was counterfeit. Attach all evidence to the PayPal case. Good Luck
