Problem for confirm my identity

phone # do not appear for seend the sms in the security check when i try resolve all thingh to leave the ACCOUNT LIMITATION, i add 2 new number mobile numbers and do not appear to be choice for recive the sms

the problem is simply

my account be limited, when i go to resolution center , to fix it

i change my security question and pasword ,,but when i will confirm my identity by sms or automated call my mobile phone number did not appear in the list , i have 2 mobile phone number listed in my paypal account , it is verified, but i cant choice to confirm my identity
