It has been 3 weeks without a reply from Tomrain. I have not received the services I paid for which was a functional design tool that is compatible with my website. The services were not completed. I have spent months waiting and waiting and have received nothing that I can use in a successful business.
Due to some miscommunication on customers requirement, Customer was not satisfied with one particular task which really takes more time than we committed to developing it. So now the customer has claimed and received 100% refund for the service. I request the PayPal team to close this thread as it creates the impact on our brand. Kindly consider.
