I’m selling a phone for quite a bit of money and this guy messaged me saying that he’ll get it. So I said right through PayPal, anyway I got an email (that actually went to junk first) saying that I have received payment of ‘the person’ anyway it seemed a bit weird that nothing showed up on my paypal account like not even a pending transaction? And the email seems weird too, anyway he said the funds will show when I have sent the tracking information to the email and I thought well I don’t think that’s right that I haven’t gotten any other proof other then this email, and he won’t send me any proof of him paying like a receipt or anything. Then he also changed the address to being abroad which I didn’t agree on, am I being scammed?
