So I sold my buddy some shoes who lives close to me and he sent me the money via paypal, so i gave him the shoes in person so i obviously dont have a tricking number or dont need to print a shipping label.. Will anything happen because i cant provide a tricking number since i personally gave him the shoes?

Well if it was a friend surely it would have been easier to do cash on collection and not used paypal.

If you are a new seller then your funds may be on hold, if so if you can't provide a tracking number you may well have to wait the full 21 days unfortunately.

If they are NOT on hold and are in your paypal account balance then as long as you can trust your friend not to file a dispute for non receipt of item you are ok.

The only issue with delivering in person is - as per the User Agreement, there's no Seller Protection.  However, if your friend and you are good, there should not be any problems.
