My account compromise for nothing

First time using PayPal and my account it's being compromised I can't access fully as they said I should resolve to get full account access.

I'm not sure I understand what you're saying here.  Do you really mean the account was "compromised", as if it's been phised and a fraudster has access to it?  Or do you just mean that PayPal has placed the account in a limited status and have requested that you submit verification documentation?

It sounds like the latter, in which case you just need to provide the documentation they've asked for by uploading the docs to the system and it should lift your limits pretty quickly.
