I have recently negotiated a sell of a classic car. The buyer wants to use Paypal for out protrction. He says he made the payment of $900 above the price for me to give to the transportation company that will deliver the car, but when I look at my Paypal account nothing new is showing. I also received an email that appears to have come from Paypal instructing me to send the $900 to this transportation person and than my funds will be available? Pretty sure this guy is trying to scam me for the $900?
