I worked with them today to solve a problem with my computer where I could not get to my favorites toolbar to access my emails. They worked remotely on my computer and said I was all set and the one time charge would be $99.00. Now I see a PayPal payment of $29.00. The person Queenie said I would not have to pay if this failed to work. I just tried to open my favorites and it didn't work so I want that refund. But I don't know if the $99.00 just hasn't shown up on Pay Pal yet.
