Yesterday, March 2nd I received numerous emails that small charges were being charged to my PayPal account. A total of over 30.
The merchant is shown as
"Merchant" "Amount" Google *LY Quoc Lam,G.CO/Payhelp#,C
I immediately called the number on the back of the card. The paypal rep. who answered, 'Ruben' said they would refund all these charges. Today the charges are still showing. When will they be removed? How long will it take to get my new card?
