How do I get my refund from a payment when I get scammed?

I bought something off this app called Hop up. I thought that if I got scammed I could get the money back. I opened up a case but it has been doing nothing for 3 days. Please someone help me or tell me how to get my refund, thank you.

What is a claim, I opened up a case if that's what you mean?

If you opened a dispute then that is for communication between you and the seller to see if you can resolve things, if you can't then you need to escalate the dispute to a claim for paypal to get involved.
