I have received several email receipts from PayPal for purchases I never made. Just got another receipt email today for a $309 purchase I never made. So far none of these "purchases" have taken any money from my bank account or debit card but I get so stressed out evertime this happens. Does this happen to anybody else? Why does it happen?
